1. Introduction

Welcome to Propix. These Terms of Service govern your use of Propix, a club of real estate professionals with a legal focus, case reviews, and access to document templates at propix.club.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, information products, or goods, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our offerings.

3. Service Description

Propix offers membership in a professional club, legal-focused case reviews, live and recorded sessions, and support for document preparation and review.

4. Access to Document Templates

Members may access a library of customizable document templates for various real estate and legal needs. Templates are provided "as is" and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use.

5. Case Reviews

Case review sessions are conducted by qualified legal advisors. Recordings and summaries may be provided to members for reference.

6. Fees and Payment Terms

All fees are listed on propix.club and are due at the time of purchase. We accept major card networks and approved payment processors. Charges are final unless otherwise stated in these terms.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

For membership subscriptions, case review sessions, and live consultations, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of session content. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. You may also request a transfer of an upcoming session to another date with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Note: One-on-one legal review sessions are non-refundable due to the preparation and expert time allocated upon booking.

7.2 Information Products

Digital guides, recorded webinars, and online courses may be refunded within 7 days of purchase provided fewer than two modules have been accessed. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. After this period or usage, no refunds will be granted.

7.3 Goods

Physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping. A refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

7.4 Refund Process

To request a refund or transfer, please contact us via our contact form or by phone at +14163513368. Allow up to 10 business days for processing. We will notify you when your request has been completed.

8. Transfers and Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule live sessions or consultations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Transfers are granted once per booking and are subject to advisor availability. Requests made less than 48 hours before the session may not be accommodated.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access to membership content and templates will cease. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts except as required by applicable policy sections.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propix and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services, products, or goods.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
